What happens if the Pay Station does not work?

Please reread the directions and try again. The most common reason the pay station does not work is because the user inserts and does not remove the credit card or the card is bent. Remove the card immediately after fully inserting. If after retrying, the machine does not work, please report the problem to 302-539-1000 or speak to any Parking Officer. If the unit will not work, customers may still park in the area by either using ParkMobile to pay by phone or purchasing a time receipt from another Pay Station.
